5. WHAT PERSONAL DATA IS COLLECTED AND HOW IS IT USED

5.1 What is personal data

Google uses the data collected for the purpose of tracking and examining for the use of gov-nt.com, compiling reports and sharing them with other services developed bu Google. Since we dont collect any type of private data and use Google Analytics in anonymous mode no private date is collected or saved.

5.7 Data provided voluntarily by the user using the website

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of the user in relation to:

• Sending of electronic and / or ordinary mail sent to the contact details contained in the addresses on the website;
• Sending spontaneous applications using the addresses indicated on this site;

it may involve the subsequent acquisition and use of personal data to fulfill the necessary purposes.

Personal data will in any case be kept in a time frame compatible with the purpose of the collection.

5.8 Data for sending newsletters

The website uses a third-party platform for joining the mailing list and spreading the Newsletter email.

All personal data is stored directly on the third party’s server, which fulfills the obligations of the GDRP.

5.9 Purpose and legal basis of the processing

Sending information on the initiatives and communications of the Templar Nation.

The legal basis is constituted by legitimate interest and in some cases by consent.

5.10 Period of conservation

Preserved for times compatible with the purposes of collection and/or until the revocation of consent.

Once the consent has been revoked, the Data Controller will cease using the data for these purposes, but may retain them in order to protect himself from possible liability based on such processing.

5.11 Contribution

The consent, express and optional, is automatically given at the time of registration in the specific area of the site.

6.REQUIRED DATA FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF RELATIONSHIPS WITH THE CITIZENS OF THE TEMPLAR NATION

6.1 Legal basis of the processing

The legal basis is constituted by the adhesion as a member of the Templar Nation and by the legitimate interests of the Owner.

6.2 Period of conservation

Timing compatible with regulatory obligations and in line with the purposes of the processing.

6.3 Contribution

Mandatory for membership as a citizen of the Templar Nation.

7. COMMUNICATION OF PERSONAL DATA IN NON-EU COUNTRIES

7.1 For the aforementioned purposes, some data may be disclosed to recipients located outside the EU Economic Area.

7.2 The Templar Nation ensures that the processing of personal data by these recipients takes place in compliance with the applicable legislation.

7.3 Indeed, transfers are made through adequate guarantees, such as adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, adherence to the Privacy Shield.

The subjects to whom the data will be communicated may be appointed Data Processors.

8. LEGAL BASICS FOR USING INFORMATION INFORMATION

9.2 In this case the Templar Nation could charge a reasonable cost (taking into account the administrative costs necessary to provide the information or communications, or to take the required action), or refuse to comply with the request.

9.3 Please weigh the request responsibly before submitting it.

The Templar Nation will respond as soon as possible.

Generally this occurs within one month of receiving the request; should it take longer, the Templar Nation will contact the user and inform him.

10.CHANGES

10.1 This Notice is effective from 21 July 2018.

10.2 The Templar Nation reserves the right to modify or simply update the content, in part or completely, also due to changes in the applicable legislation.
