VALTER ENRICO PIZZOLI
Valter Pizzoli was born in Milan (Italy) on 10/15/1946.
He has two sons, Andrea, born in 1974, and Sara, born in 1979.
Lawyer (enrolled in the Register of Lawyers in Italy and Switzerland), he is also a financial intermediary (registered in Switzerland).
In 1970 he graduated in law at the “Università degli Studi di Padova” (Italy).
In 1973 he graduated in economics and labor law at the “Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore” of Milan.
In 1971 he worked at the “Law Firm of the Lawyer Alfonso Lodolo Doria” of Milan.
In 1974 he was appointed Deputy Director of “Fidinam S.A.” of Lugano (Switzerland).
In 1984 he joined the “Studio Legale Associato TETTAMANTI – SPIESS” of Lugano.
In 1988 he was appointed Director of the “Guardian S.A.” of Lugano.
In 1991 he opened the “Enrico Valter Pizzoli Law Firm” in Lugano.
Expert in corporate, banking, financial and tax law, as well as in compliance procedures, under the laws of the EU countries in the fight against money laundering and terrorist financing.
He also deals with trusts and foundations, arbitration, environmental law, European law and intellectual and industrial property.
In 2018 he became a member of the “V.E.O.S.P.S.S. – Pauperes Commilitones Christi Templique Salomonis”, the famous Order of the Templars.
In the same year he was appointed Minister of Economy of the Templar Nation.
