AMBASSADOR ESTRAORDINARY AND PLENIPOTENTIARY FOR DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF THE CONGO
GEOFFROY CLAISE YOULOU
Geoffroy Claise Youlou was born in Kinshasa (Democratic Republic of the Congo) on 01/07/1960.
Married to Vicky Muzama Mukoko, he has two children, Claisette Youlou and Makila Mwilu Tefia.
Graduated in Law from the “Marien Ngouabi” University of Brazaville (Republic of the Congo) in 1991, he holds a Master of Law.
After being an executive of “Amnesty International” for both the Republic of the Congo and the Democratic Republic of the Congo for eleven years, he became President of the Executive Board of the “Mary Robinson International Center”.
In 2011, Geoffroy Youlou became Ambassador of the “International Organization of Peace Missions” in Geneva (Switzerland).
In 2016, he assumed the position of Delegate for the Democratic Republic of the Congo of the French “Benin Tata Somba” Association.
In 2018, he became Delegated President and Mission Officer in Africa of the “WORCOP – Office for Global Cooperation and Diversified Sustainable Development”.
In May 2020 he became a citizen of the Templar Nation.
International law and diplomatic expert, on 18 May 2020 he was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Templar Nation in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, with notification of Credentials to President Félix Antoine Tshilombo Tshisekedi.
