30/06/2020: 1960-2020 60 years of independence of the DRC, President Bonsi writes to Congolese President Félix Tshisekedi
President Bonsi sent a cordial letter to the President of the DRC Félix Tshisekedi for the sixty years of independence of the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
A cordial and friendly letter, a sign that the relationship between the Templar Nation and the DRC is getting closer.
It was June 30, 1960 and the King of Belgium decided to grant independence to the Congo after years of abuse and exacerbated colonialism.
Thus ended the history of the Belgian Congo and began a new life for the DRC, certainly not without its problems.
