26/09/2020: A Lebanese, a Monegasque and three Italians, the organization chart of the Department of Foreign Affairs is completed
The new organization chart of the Department of Foreign Affairs is finally completed.
The highly experienced team is made up of members of the Regency Council from different states.
Ranieri Mamalchi, long-time Italian politician and administrator became Undersecretary, while Lebanese Joy Badran, international financial manager, was appointed Head of Cabinet.
The Italian entrepreneur Virginio Finizio was appointed Secretary, while the Diplomatic Counselor is the Monegasque architect and entrepreneur Roberto Naso.
Finally, Gianmatteo Zampieri, Italian hotel manager, currently General Manager of the luxurious Baglioni Hotel Luna in Venice (Italy), was appointed as Spokesman – Head of the Press Office.
