21/07/2019: Great success for the National Day of the Templar Nation
The lucky guests for the National Day of the Templar Nation were few and selected.
The celebrations of 21 July took place in Italy, in Sanremo, the famous city of flowers known for its famous Casino and the Festival of Italian song.
The illustrious guests, from all over the world, were welcomed in the luxurious Grand Hotel & Des Anglais, owned by a citizen of the Templar Nation, the Turin entrepreneur Luca Da Fre.
Welcomed by a fresh and delicious aperitif in the bar area, the guests then went to the conference room where they were able to attend the briefing of the President of the Nation, Riccardo Bonsi, and of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Antonio Awana Gana Costantini Picardi.
Numerous Italian institutional people were present, such as the Assessor of the Liguria Region, the Lawyer Gianni Berrino, and the President of the Italian Red Cross of Bordighera and Provincial Referent, Vincenzo Palmero, besides, obviously to numerous Ministers of the Templar Nation.
At the end of the breefing, the guests went to the ballroom, where the gala dinner was held, enlivened by the notes of the music master Diego Genta and by the musical show of the great showman Awana Gana and the tenor Stefano Secco, accompanied by the mezzo-soprano Sarah M’Punga.
Even during the gala dinner, institutional moments were not lacking: before the beginning of the dinner, according to the international protocol, the anthem of Italy, the host State, was played and, later, the anthem of the Templar Nation, “Sorgi Templare”, was masterfully interpreted by Stefano Secco and Sarah M’Punga.
At the end of the evening, I.S.P.A.C. – Institute for the Study and Promotion of Art and Culture has awarded Stefano Secco and Sarah M’Punga the nomination as honorary member and Ambassador of Culture.
