03-11-2020: President Bonsi writes to Austrian Chancellor Kurz expressing closeness to the Austrian people
“I wish to express my closeness to the Austrian people and firmly condemn these acts of barbarism.
This is, unfortunately, a war and, proud of our roots, we must fight together all forms of Islamist violence ”.
This is the text of the official letter that President Bonsi sent to the Austrian Chancellor Kurz following the terrorist attack in Vienna on 2 November.
Yesterday Abu Dujana al-Albani (real name Kujtim Fejzulai), of Macedonian and Austrian citizenship, with the help of some accomplices, killed four people and injured 22.
The Islamic State (or ISIS) claimed responsibility for the attack in Vienna.
